National Library Week is coming up! From Monday, April 14 through Saturday, April 19, we invite you to stop by the library to help us celebrate.
- Coffee and light refreshments will be available everyday at 12:30pm.
- Every day, everyone who comes in to the library or "likes" us on Facebook or follows us on Twitter can enter into a drawing to win a $25 Barnes & Noble giftcard. The drawing will be at the end of the week, and you can enter once each day, plus you can get extra entries for following us on social media. Just fill out a ticket at the circulation desk or send us a private message on social media with your name and library card number.
- Everyone who checks out materials at the library gets a button to help them show off their love of the Stratford Public Library (while supplies last).
- There will be a daily trivia contest, where we will test your knowledge of the history of our library. Questions will be available at the circulation desk, and also posted on Facebook and Twitter. We will have small prizes available each day, and winners also will receive extra entries in the drawing for the grand prize for the week.
It's an exciting time at the library! We have seen big changes in the past year, and have many more coming. Take advantage of National Library Week to stop by and see what's new and hear about what we have planned. We can't wait to see everyone here next week!
